Hello, I’m Ramazan Dicle, an instructional coach and education professional originally from Adıyaman, Turkey, currently residing in Copenhagen, Denmark. With a strong background in linguistics and a passion for education, I have dedicated myself to empowering learners and educators alike.
My educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics from Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey, followed by a Master’s degree in Linguistics from Stockholm University in Sweden. These academic experiences have fueled my interest in various areas, including curriculum design, language learning, reading, writing, and so on and so forth.
As an instructional coach, I hold the position of IB Curriculum Coordinator for Middle School and EAL (English as an Additional Language) Coordinator at the prestigious International School of Hellerup. In this capacity, I play a vital role in designing engaging learning activities while effectively incorporating technology into the educational landscape. My expertise lies in crafting innovative teaching and learning methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Moreover, I serve as a Workshop Leader for the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, where I actively share my knowledge and insights with fellow educators, guiding them in honing their teaching skills. My strengths in presentation, facilitation, and providing constructive feedback have been honed through this role.
Outside of my professional life, I find immense joy in being a devoted father to my daughter and a happily married individual. My commitment to education goes beyond the classroom as I actively pursue a range of creative interests, including the arts, baking, and gardening. Reading and writing are not only a means of self-enrichment but also an expression of my belief in the importance of developing students’ literacy skills. Additionally, I find solace in walking and indulging in audiobooks and podcasts as part of my leisure activities.
