Hello, I’m Ramazan Dicle—an educator, instructional coach, and school leader originally from Adıyaman, Turkey, now proudly serving as Vice Principal (Afdelingsleder) at Lolland International School in Maribo, Denmark since November 2025. With a background in linguistics and nearly two decades of international school experience, I am passionate about designing meaningful learning experiences, supporting teachers, and empowering students to thrive.
My educational journey began with a BA in English Linguistics from Hacettepe University in Ankara, followed by an MA in Linguistics from Stockholm University. These studies laid the foundation for my interests in language acquisition, curriculum design, and the complexities of teaching and learning—areas that continue to define my professional life.
Before joining Lolland International School, I served in a variety of roles within international education, including Middle School IB Curriculum Coordinator, Educational Pathways Coordinator, EAL Coordinator, and Instructional Coach at the International School of Hellerup in Copenhagen. I also continue to work globally as an IB Workshop Leader and School Visit Team Member, supporting teachers and schools in their implementation of the IB philosophy.
Outside of my leadership work, I am a devoted father and partner—roles that keep me grounded and inspired. I enjoy reading and writing (including developing my own novel), exploring the arts, baking, and tending to plants. Long walks, audiobooks, and podcasts help me recharge and stay curious.
